Whether you choose a Silver, Gold or Platinum membership, becoming an exclusive member of our clinic, at any level, provides you with several services to choose from for an affordable monthly rate that is lower than our regular pricing.

    1What are the benefit of membership?
    With our membership program you will enjoy monthly savings on your favorite treatments, EXCLUSIVE MEMBER ONLY offers throughout the year, and discounts off all your product purchases. The memberships are designed for any skin type at all ages.
    2How long is the membership?
    The membership is at least 6 months and then it’s a month to month membership.
    3How am I charged for the membership?
    It works like a gym membership. Your credit card is charged automatically every month.
    4Do I receive any additional discounts on product or services?
    Yes you may receive a discount on all of your products and any service outside the membership. Discounts are based on your membership level.
    5What Can I receive more than on service within my membership month?
    Your monthly fee allows you to choose a service but you can receive additional services per month at an even lower price than your monthly fee.
    6What if I am going to be out of town for more than a month or I miss my monthly treatment?
    Based on this agreement you will have a package of 6 services at any time depends on your preferable schedule.

    Terms and conditions of the membership program

    • A picture ID and credit card are required to enroll in our membership program.
    • Your chosen membership is a 6 month agreement.
    • You will have 6 treatments at any time depends on your schedule.
    • Signed acceptance of program terms and conditions along with permission to charge monthly payment to your credit card is needed to participate in the program.
    • Your credit card will be charged every month automatically for 6 consecutive months.
    • All membership offers are already discounted and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons or gift certificates.
    • Program continues on a month-to-month basis until 30 day written notice to cancel is received by LiLyDermis.
    • Members are required, per the Membership Agreement to notify LiLyDermis in writing of any change in Credit card or account information or address on file prior to the next withdrawal date. 
    • You have the entire length of your membership to use your membership services as long as your account is not frozen and in good standing.
    • LiLyDermis memberships are non-transferable.
    • ​You agree to follow our rules and regulations.
    • You may cancel your membership program before end date, then all the performed services re-calculate as our regular price
